There's the inevitable restroom lines, but the facilities are clean. We were parked on the opposite side of where our seats were, but were at our section within a few minutes. I flagged down someone else, and they routed us to the VIP parking right in front, which was a miracle in itself. They routed us to the back of the lot ($15 cash-only fee), where there were no spots left. However, the parking lot itself can fit quite a few cars.the attendants were not helpful. The venue was really just built smack dab in the middle of a commercial area and isn't equipped to handle the influx of cars all coming from and going to the same place. It took an hour to get from the exit to the parking lot, which, in theory, should take at most 10 minutes. Since there's really only one way in from the freeway, the line of cars inches along. Once we got to the Valley View exit, we realized that the line just to get in to the parking lot was ridiculously long. start for the opening act, we hung out in Pacific Beach and left for the arena around 6:30 p.m. Having attended a concert at the Bowl before, I opted for this venue to avoid dealing with Hollywood Blvd and the $30-$40 parking fees you inevitably pay in the area. Living in Orange County, I had the option of coming down to SD or driving north to the Hollywood Bowl. I came here for the Ed Sheeran concert in June 2015.
